The so-called 'helpful' staff clearly don't know what they're doing. I waited ages to check in, while dealing with a mix-up that was totally uncalled for. And don’t get me started on breakfast—all I wanted was a decent menu, but I guess the only option was pasta? I almost gave them a good review but just couldn’t.

The food is exceptional and truly occasion-worthy, a definite highlight of my stay.

Check-in process felt disorganized with upfront payments at the bar!!! Noise from the beer garden and kitchen ventilation systems disrupted my stay, totaling a rather uncomfortable experience during peak hours.
